Property update

Well the townhouse I mentioned a couple of posts ago which we saw on Sunday had a sold sign on tit by the Tues. So no we wouldn’t have got - I am sure it went to an owner-occupier who would have paid that little bit more.

Distracted this week anyway because our builders are back, have demolished the deck - well I think it didnt take much to do that and now have replaced a whole lot of weatherboards and now have the new window framed up.
